The voucher program supports small to medium enterprises who are value-adding to the state’s raw agricultural produce. It aims to help businesses increase their resilience and sustainability; competiveness and scale; export preparedness; and, to develop strategies to capture market opportunities and overcome challenges.
The Agrifood and Beverage Voucher program is supported by the State Government through its Royalties for Regions program aimed at supporting regional economic development in non-metropolitan WA. Metropolitan-based businesses are also supported through the Food and Beverage fund, a $16.7 m program to supercharge food and beverage manufacturing and value-adding across the State.
Round Four - successful recipients (announced July 2023)
Fifty-seven businesses have been successful with their applications to the Food and Beverage Voucher Program. They will share in a total of $431 934, with each business matching their voucher contribution dollar for dollar.
Each business was eligible to receive up to two vouchers to a combined value of up to $15 000 across five categories of professional services.
