Successful applicants will learn skills in business analysis and data collection and receive expert advice and an examination of farm management practises to improve the overall viability of their business.
The Program will use industry benchmarking to enable participants to identify opportunities to modify their horticulture enterprises so they can improve profit margins, business resilience and sustainability.
The Program builds on an earlier pilot project designed for vegetable growers managed by vegetablesWA since 2017. The updated program is a collaboration between DPIRD, vegetablesWA and PomeWest.
The Program, delivered by experienced agricultural consultants, will cover the full cost of participation.
