DPIRD's Carbon Farming team presents workshops, information sessions and one-on-one meetings for farmers and other landowners interested in learning more about carbon farming and the WA Carbon Farming and Land Restoration Program.

2024 Workshops

Throughout the year, DPIRD's Carbon Farming team offers workshops, webinars and one-on-one meetings to assist farmers to understand carbon farming and how they can benefit from these projects.

Workshops cover what carbon farming is, how to register a project, and how to apply for the next round of the Carbon Farming and Land Restoration Program (CF-LRP).

Between February and April 2024, the team and local NRMs are co-hosting a series of interactive workshops to support farmers interested in carbon farming. Registration is free, please click on the link below to register:

  • How to apply for the CF-LRP
  • Available support and tools 
  • NRMs' experience with carbon farming projects that deliver quality co-benefits.
